Jules Ann

My life's passion and path have always revolved around helping others. I began at a young age, teaching horseback riding to youth and amateur adults. As I grew into young adulthood, I transitioned into the beauty industry, where I spent the majority of my career. Owning my own salon and educating fellow hairdressers on both the business side and the art of hairdressing became my true calling. I derived immense satisfaction from assisting others on their journeys of self-discovery and recognizing the beauty within themselves. This was the foundation of my career.

Like many of us, while constructing a life for myself and striving for success in my profession, I reached a point where I gazed into the mirror and realized I had lost a crucial aspect of myself—my balance, my LIFE, my true essence.

So, I made room in my life for me once more. I embarked on a journey of rediscovery, seeking balance and, truthfully, something I hadn't realized I had lost, or perhaps had never truly found: my inner beauty.

Does that sound strange?

Despite my outward corporate fierceness, I was never truly confident in my own skin. Externally, I appeared unshakeable, and no one would have suspected otherwise. However, internally, I struggled to believe in myself, my capabilities, and my true identity.

Fortunately, I found myself in a place where I was compelled to seek balance in my life. I returned to the gym—a place of zen and safety for me—and that's where it all began. Many never delve deep enough to uncover the beauty that resides beneath the surface, but I ventured there. I FOUND her, and I discovered her purpose.

My personal journey toward self-discovery has led me to this new chapter in my life and professional career.

Hello! I'm Jenn, a dedicated friend, a loving wife, a proud mom of two wonderful boys, and a passionate educator based in the vibrant city of Las Vegas. I've always valued the importance of family, community, and personal growth. However, as I approached my mid-40s, I found myself at a crossroads. Struggling with weight gain, hormonal changes, and a lack of motivation, I realized it was time for a significant change. I didn’t want to look back on my life with regret, so I decided to take control of my health and fitness.

Approaching 160 pounds, I was consumed with self-doubt and dissatisfaction every time I looked in the mirror. Despite having a gym membership, I struggled with consistency and accountability. I also discovered that my eating habits needed an overhaul. Dining out 2-3 times a week and indulging in tasty, yet unhealthy treats were obstacles I needed to overcome.

Fate intervened when a friend shared her fitness progress on social media. Through her post, I discovered Coach Jules and Aesthetic Freedom. I was initially hesitant, plagued by doubts and fears of the unknown. Having tried countless trainers, workouts, and nutrition programs in the past, I wondered if this would be any different. Little did I know that this decision would change my life in ways I could never have imagined.

The coaching from Jules at Aesthetic Freedom turned out to be a revelation. She pushed me to become a better version of myself. I've shed over 25 pounds and 20% body fat, achieving the best shape of my life and newfound strength. But it wasn't just about the physical changes – it was a mental and emotional transformation. Through this process, I discovered strength within myself that I never knew existed. Being part of this remarkable community, which Jules calls our tribe, became my source of inspiration, teaching me not just about fitness but also about resilience, determination, and the power of a positive mindset.

This new perspective has ignited a burning desire to help others. I'm currently working towards becoming a certified coach and have become an integral part of the Aesthetic Freedom team. I'm excited for this new chapter, eager to inspire and guide others towards their own transformations. Everyone deserves to feel empowered and become the best version of themselves, just as I have.
