Here are 5 foods I personally believe WORK:

💚HOT PEPPERS

specifically jalapeños and chili peppers which contain capsaicin, tend to heat up your body..also known as thermogenesis, and as a result - burn off more calories.

They may also help reduce your appetite and make you feel full longer.

💚CINNAMON

boosts your metabolism because your body uses more energy to process the spice than it does for other foods.

It also increases insulin sensitivity and decreases blood sugar. These are both key components for losing weight.

 

💚BROCCOLI is full of fiber and keeps you feeling full for longer. It also contains a phytonutrient which stimulates your fat cells and gets your body burning fat quicker.
